If you are unable to make your appointment and are within 24 hours of your appointment, 50% of the total service will be charged to the card on file as a cancellation fee. LATE POLICY: Due to the nature of business, every minute counts in order for me to remain on schedule for all clients and provide the best possible results. There is a 6 minute grace period. The appointment will be considered a no show and will be canceled and charged 50% of the total service after this grace period. Absolutely no exceptions. NO CALL/ NO SHOWS: No call/ No shows will be charged 50% of the total service after the 6 minute grace period. You will not be able to book any future appointments until any outstanding fees are paid in full. Please communicate with me if something happens! I understand emergencies come up and last minute changes out of our control, however my time, and my other clients time is just as valuable as yours. I will always try to work with you and find the best possible solution for both of us.
